Medical Director
La Pine Community Health Center is located in beautiful Central Oregon and serves the Tri-county area of Deschutes, Klamath and Lake Counties. The Medical Director shall be a fully accredited medical doctor licensed to practice medicine in the State of Oregon. The Medical Director must have the ability to plan and direct medical programs for implementation in the LPHC as well as the ability to develop and implement quality assurance, and assure high quality of patient care which will meet Federal standards.
The LCHC Medical Director would be responsible for providing direct patient care, as well as supervising all medical services provided at La Pine Community Health Center. Will provide supervision to all physicians, PA-C’s, FNP’s, RN’s, monitor the quality of all medical treatment provided, and assures medical services are in ful compliance with standards, ethics and license requirements of the medical profession.

Chief Executive Officer
Summary
La Pine Community Health Center is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer.
Working under the supervision of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, the CEO is appointed by and accountable to the Board of Directors. The CEO implements the strategic goals and objectives of Health Centers in accordance with incorporation articles and by-laws ensuring the delivery of health services to the targeted population. Cultivates and convenes a knowledgeable and informed Board of Directors and enables the Board to fulfill its governance function. Gives direction and leadership designed to achieve the organization's philosophy, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives including managing all fiscal matters, property and facilities, procurement, personnel, information systems, fundraising and public relations.
Qualifications
Masters degree in health care administration, business or related field or 5-10 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified or equivalent combination of education and experience. Over 5 years experience in community health center or related health care oriented management preferred.
Environment
La Pine Community Health Center is a non-profit, community health center that provides primary medical, dental and behavioral health services to residents in and around South Deschutes, North Klamath and North Lake counties. La Pine is a rural community, located near the Cascade Lakes region of Central Oregon. Recreational activities abound in the area, including hunting, fishing, swimming, sailing, canoeing, water skiing, wind surfing, backpacking, camping, golfing, mountain biking, white water rafting, spelunking, downhill skiing, cross country skiing, and snowmobiling.
