Clinical Positions:
Family Practice Physician/Medical Director
La Pine Community Health Center seeks a .8 Family Practice Physician and .2 Medical Director to work in our clinic located in the heart of Central Oregon. We seek individuals interested in working in a high quality, patient-centered medical home model. Applicants should have the desire to promote this medical home model within our clinic. Our clinic is a Federally Qualified Health Center serving an rural and socio-economically diverse population. This position provides an opportunity to work with populations with varied needs ranging from general family medicine to care for the elderly.

What we require:
• Possession of a license to practice medicine (MD or DO) in the State of Oregon granted by the Oregon State Board of Medical Examiners.
• Possession of a current DEA license from the Drug Enforcement Administration to prescribe medications.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Practice medicine • Current CPR certification (ACLS or BLS).
• Prior experience working with Electronic Medical Record Systems. EPIC experience highly desired.
• Successfully pass post-offer, pre-employment background and drug testing.
