Our CLIA certified, moderately complex, lab provides the ability for many labs and tests to be performed on-site. Other tests are performed at our reference laboratory. Our on-site XRAY machine allows us to obtain immediate information about an acute injury. We have 3 techs capable of providing these services.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Patients may have their physicians’ order tests and the draw can be done at our facility. Results will be forwarded to the ordering provider’s office.

 

 

 

We provide basic laboratory services and are CLIA certified for Moderate Complex laboratory analysis including:

• Chemical examinations of urine by stick methods
• Microscopic examination of urine sediment
• Rapid testing for Mononucleosis
• Erythrocyte sedimentation rates
• Blood glucose
• Influenza A & B
• Hemoglobin A1C
• Screening of occult blood
• Pregnancy tests
• Test for pinworm
• Streptococcal throat infection testing
• Wet prep
• Illegal drug screening
• Complete Blood Count with automated differential
• Primary culturing for transmittal to the St. Charles Medical Center Laboratory
• Obtaining specimens for testing by other referral laboratories
